2009 COACHES Application for both HL and Competitve are due to the appropriate VP no later than December 9,2008.

Training is Provided by the GLA at both the Competitve and House League levels.

All volunteers are required to complete the form and submitt it to the appropriate VP or convener.  the GLA will submit this form on your behalf so you do not incur any costs. We also accept copies of completed forms from other sports organizations.
